  • Classic: Pisac (artisan market and archaeological site), buffet lunch in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero. Pickup between 7:30 and 8:00, return to Cusco around 19:00 and more time at each site.
  • VIP: Chinchero, Moray, Maras Salt Mines, buffet lunch in Urubamba, Ollantaytambo and Pisac. Pickup between 6:35 and 6:45 and stops of 30 to 40 minutes. Pisac is the last stop and you usually arrive when its archaeological site is about to close.

If exploring Pisac at a relaxed pace matters to you, choose the Classic; if you want to see Moray and the Maras Salt Mines on the same day, choose the VIP. If you are only interested in Maras and Moray, the half-day tour leaves your afternoon free in Cusco.

Entrance fees: Cusco Tourist Ticket and Maras Salt Mines

Entrance fees are not included in the Classic and VIP tours. For Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero and Moray you need the Cusco Tourist Ticket (Boleto Turístico), partial or general, and on the VIP also the entrance to the Maras Salt Mines. They are paid in soles and in cash; prices are listed on each tour page.

From the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu

Ollantaytambo, in the Sacred Valley, is the starting point of the train to Machu Picchu. That is why the two-day tours combine both: you explore the valley on the first day, take the train in Ollantaytambo, spend the night in Machu Picchu Pueblo and visit Machu Picchu the next day.
